Welcome to Cartelug! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our services. By using Cartelug's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Cartelug provides support and facilitation services for accessing premium streaming platforms like Netflix, Prime Video, and Spotify Premium. We also offer services to boost Instagram likes. Our primary service areas are Uganda and South Sudan.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for users in Uganda and South Sudan. By using our services, you represent that you meet any age or other eligibility requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Ordering and Account Setup
- Ordering: To order a service, you must select a package and provide required details (like your name and payment method) through the order forms on our website (e.g., for Netflix, Prime Video, Spotify, Instagram Likes Boost). Order completion typically involves proceeding to WhatsApp with your order details.
- Account Information: For Spotify Premium, the service is typically applied to your own existing account. For Netflix and Prime Video, details regarding account access (e.g., number of devices) are provided. For Instagram Likes Boost, you must provide your Instagram username. You are responsible for providing accurate information.
4. Payments
- Methods: We accept payments via MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money.
- Pricing: Prices are listed on the order forms for each service package. Prices are subject to change.
- Payment Issues: If you encounter payment-related pop-ups (e.g., on Netflix), please attempt to dismiss them first, as service may continue normally. If issues persist, contact support.
5. Service Usage and Limitations
- Streaming Services: You agree to use the streaming services in accordance with their respective terms and conditions. Cartelug facilitates access but is not the provider of the streaming content itself.
- Netflix Household Issue: If you encounter the Netflix "Household" error, please follow the specific instructions provided on our support page (accessible via the Contact/Support Hub) which involve steps like selecting "Watch Temporarily" or "I'm Traveling" and then "Send Email". You must then notify Cartelug support via WhatsApp for further assistance.
- Service Interruptions: While we strive for uninterrupted service, occasional issues (like the Netflix payment problem) may occur. We aim to resolve such issues as quickly as possible, potentially within 24-48 hours, and may offer compensation for extended downtime.
- Instagram Boost: The Instagram Likes Boost service aims to increase likes on your profile as per the package selected. Results and delivery times may vary.
6. Customer Support
- Availability: We offer customer support to assist with service-related issues.
- Contact: You can reach support via the methods listed on our Contact/Support Hub page, typically including WhatsApp and Email. For specific issues (like Prime Video problems or general questions), you may be directed to contact support via WhatsApp.
7. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process.
- You agree to follow any specific instructions provided by Cartelug for troubleshooting or account setup (e.g., the Netflix household fix).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access information provided.
8. Intellectual Property
The Cartelug name, logo, website design, and content (including text, graphics, code) are the property of Cartelug and are protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimers
- Cartelug provides support and facilitation services. We are not affiliated with, nor are we agents or representatives of, Netflix, Amazon (Prime Video), Spotify, or Meta (Instagram).
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as explicitly stated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cartelug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
11. Modification of Terms
Cartelug reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes (e.g., by updating the "Last Updated" date). Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
